In the Decapitation, the magician hides his face with a fan. Just moments later he lowers the fan to reveal his head is missing! He opens the box and there is his head, which is promptly tucked back in the box and appears back on his body. He finishes by turning his head to gaze at the bird who has been providing his musical accompaniment throughout the performance.
