Most people are familiar with 3 Card Monte and Find the Lady effects. They've seen it on the streets and they've seen magicians perform it. The effects are usually the same but the Perfect Monte takes the 3 Card Monte concept to new heights. This very surprising version has two blue backed cards that are the same value and color and third odd card with a different colored back. You explain to the audience that many times the player is at a disadvantage because of sleight of hand and other forms of trickery thus they will be cheated time and time again. You explain that you will give the player the advantage this time by having one of the cards an odd colored back. You show the faces and the backs of the cards and than continue by mixing the three cards face down. You ask them where the queen is and they say that it's the odd backed card. You turn the other two cards around to show that those two were not the queen. You then turn the odd backed card over to show that the queen has now become a blank faced card!
