This is a phenomenal effect using a borrowed cell phone and a balloon. The magician holds the borrowed cell phone in his hand as he blows up the balloon. He then puts the bottom of the balloon briefly on top of the cell phone… and now the cell phone is inside of the balloon! The balloon must be broken to retrieve the phone.
